Buffett already have lot of cash on hand , but he still issues Japanese Yen Bonds. Of course , the interested is very low , but why he still issues the bonds ? Maybe he assumed that Yen will going down or the Stock will going down , so he need to prepare the Cash for Investment.. It remind me that I also need to reduce my stock holding and increase the cash holding ...

Yesterday , All ETD is going down , because China and US may have short term deal for trade war .. So the Bond yield is up and ETD is up .. This is good , because it give me some chance to buy the ETD at par value. Two day ago when I sold CTL stock , I am worry about that what I am going to investment ? Because stock is high , Bonds is expensive ... But now ETD is down , I can have chance to invest ETD in next few day.

This two days, CTL stock is going up. Maybe it is because they refinance their debt to lower interested rate This can save many cost. This is great move .. However, I saw part of my share .. But now it is not easy to figures out good investment ..

Turkey lira is down for 1 per cent  Today I usd can change 5.85 lira This is event worse than last month when I travel to turkey
