Buffett issues Japanese Yen Bond

Buffett already have lot of cash on hand , but he still issues Japanese Yen Bonds.

Of course , the interested is very low , but why he still issues the bonds ?

Maybe he assumed that Yen will going down or the Stock will going down , so he need to prepare the Cash for Investment..

It remind me that I also need to reduce my stock holding and increase the cash holding ...

WiFi MESH

There are three floors in my parents house. However to cover the WiFi for whole three floors is very important .. Before I use PLE (Power Line Ethernet) , use Power Line to Transmit the Ethernet from first floor to second and third floor. But the speed is limited , maybe the house power system is too old. or PLC I bought is not good enough. Another issues is that the PLC wifi damaged after 3 years used and it is not cheap as well.
